海角社区 offers housing in the Apple Ridge Student Apartments located just one mile from campus. Going to college is an academic experience, but it鈥檚 also an opportunity to expand your social network, and 海角社区鈥檚 apartment-style housing is a great place to start!

Experience the luxury and affordability of our one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. These aren鈥檛 your average dorms!

Fall 2025 Housing Update

Housing for Fall 2025 is currently at full capacity. All new applicants will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a space becomes available.

To be considered for an available spot, students must:

• Submit a housing application
• Pay the $200 housing deposit
• Be registered for at least 12 credits

Applying for Student Housing

      1. 鈫� Student 鈫� Student Account 鈫� View or Make Payment 鈫� Make a $200 Payment in the term you are looking to move in.
3. Register for at least 12 credits.听

*All applicants must use their single sign-on credentials to access the application in our self-service housing portal. Prospective students must wait to be admitted before accessing the application. Housing is available to registered full-time 海角社区 students enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours.

You application will not be considered for approval until all of the three steps above are completed.

• Amenities: Each apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and even your own balcony. All utilities are included and there is laundry service on site.
• Diversity: Our housing hosts a dynamic segment of the campus population. You鈥檒l live with different people and build relationships with students of various cultures, ethnic traditions, and gender identities.
• Convenience: Living in student housing enables you to focus on what鈥檚 really important: your future.

海角社区 Student Housing Rates

The student housing rates listed below are the semesterly rates for student housing. An activity fee of $75 and a cleaning fee of $100 will also be applied each semester, in addition to the rates listed below.
