NH Transfer Guarantee
海角社区 (海角社区) has joined the NH Transfer Guarantee, an initiative to make transferring more streamlined and affordable no matter where you want to transfer.
If you earn your associate degree from 海角社区:
- Students earning an associate degree from a 海角社区 and having met the required grade point average are guaranteed admission to the 4-year institution they choose.
- The application fee and personal essay requirement are waived.
- Transferring students are considered for institutional support in the form of grants and scholarships. This aid is usually available only to first-time, first-year students.

RN to BSN Transfer Pathways
海角社区 and the UNH College of Professional Studies (UNH CPS) have partnered to provide the RN to SNH pathway for nursing graduates. This program provides an opportunity for 海角社区 graduates to enroll in the UNH CPS online program to continue their nursing education at the same cost per credit as their community college courses.
Eligibility
Individuals with a nursing degree from 海角社区 who reside in New Hampshire are eligible to enroll. Applicants can be recent graduates or students who graduated years ago.
How does the program work?
In the associate degree program at 海角社区, graduates complete a program of study that prepares them to take the NCLEX.听 Successful completion of the associate degree and passing the NCLEX qualifies an individual to work as an RN.
The online RN to BS in Nursing program is designed for the convenience of working registered nurses. Courses are offered fully online through UNH CPS, with the exception of the final Capstone course, which includes a field-based practicum project.听
The RN to BS in Nursing program is a total of 120 credits, including the associate degree component, and can be completed at your pace. Financial aid is available to eligible students at UNH CPS.
